My personal hero
The person who I admire the most is definitely my sister, her
name is Delia and she is 26 years old. She’s a person that has always been
there for me when I need something. But, why is she my personal hero? Well, I
have two main reasons:
First, academically speaking. Since she was in elementary
school, she didn’t have the best grades; I don’t mean that she failed a lot of
subjects, but she did have a few difficulties at school. But despite that, she
was able to go to Guadalajara when she finished high school, studying Nutrition and
graduating with a good score. But the thing that I most admire of her in this
side, is her master degree. After college, she applied for a master degree; out
of 600 they would only pick 15 people, she didn’t have that many hopes; but she
applied anyways. She studied really hard and put a lot of effort; finally, she
entered. She had to move to Mexico City, and although she had never been there
and she was scared, she was brave enough to go and live there, and that’s a thing
that I really admire.
The other side, is her attitude, although she didn’t have a happy childhood,
she’s a really positive person. she will always listen to you and give you the
best advice. We don’t live together, but she always finds the way to talk even
if she’s really busy, and I admire that.
Those are the reasons why she’s my personal hero, she’s a really caring and
hardworking person and i feel really lucky to be her sister.
I wanted to thank you for the brownies you brought on my birthday. It was a nice gift, they were really delicious. I
shared them with my friends and they really liked them too. It had been so long since I didn’t taste one and they’re still delectable.
